Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Keebee Organics. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to unexpected reasons, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Free shipping is provided for all orders with an order value above Rs.999.

A flat rate shipping charge of Rs.100 is charged on all orders with an order value below Rs.999.

 

If the delivery address is within Hyderabad we can provide same day or next day delivery for an extra charge.

Normally, It will take 3-7 days for delivery once the order is shipped.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Note: Return shipping takes longer than forward shipping. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours to file a complaint. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside India. If you need the order to be shipped internationally please contact us. We will try help you with that.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For all international shipments, Keebee Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
