Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery normally takes another 3–7 days after dispatch. Weekends, holidays and exceptional courier delays may affect these timelines.

Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999. Available options and final charges are shown at checkout.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with its tracking number. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving an eligible item. It must be unworn or unused, with its tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Sale items, gift cards, undergarments and custom or personalised products cannot be returned.
